WHAT WE HAVE DONE

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ON ALTERNATORS OF BOTH GENERATORS :

  • Electrical control before distmantling
  • Dismantling the motor, extracting the bearings
  • Cleaning of parts with dielectric thinner under pressure
  • Application of an anti-flash paint inside the cylinder head, rotor
  • Examination of all mechanical and electrical parts
  • Metrological control
  • Parboiling
  • Checking the polarization index of the pole wheel
  • Varnishing of the pole wheel and inductors
  • Supply and replacement of necessary seals and screws

  • Reassembly of the engine with replacement of the bearings,
    Painting and finishings
  • Static tests of the mounted motor
  • Final electrical expertise by shock wave
  • Drafting of final expert documents
  • Windind polar wheel / exiter / stator in Class H (Vacuum impregnation under autoclave pressure & Polymerization in an oven at atmospheric pressure)
  • Balancing of the moving assembly and pole wheel (Balancing ratio)
  • Remounting (wiring + cocon) of the 2 generators
  • Cleaning the routing of cable (alternator and control box)

Final Tests

  • Shut down test
  • Test with load bench during 3 days
