Established within La Ciotat Shipyards, bringing together the leading shipyards in the Mediterranean, YACHTELEC specializes in electricity (high/low current), electronics and electromechanics for yachting. Since 2007, we have been involved in repairs, complete refits and new constructions. Distributor and installer for the biggest brands, we operate mainly in all the ports and shipyards of the northern Mediterranean but also all over the world.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Technician in power electronics, specialized in “energy conversion” to join our teams.

Your tasks:
· Expertise in converters / Chargers / inverters…
· Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment.
· Tests to validate the repairs.
· Intervention with our customers for: expertise, preventive and curative maintenance, commissioning.
· Depending on the seasonality, you will carry out wiring operations for on-board electrical systems

Required profile :
You are comfortable working under pressure and independently managing multiple projects and deadlines
You are flexible and experienced in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· You demonstrate expertise in industry best practices and excellence in meeting deadlines.
You can mentor junior resources to help them grow professionally
You are comfortable having a technical discussion in English.

SKILLS :
Strong skills in energy conversion equipment and the electricity business
· Proven ability to complete projects on time
A sociable personality, willing and able to work in a team

Qualifications:
Technological, professional baccalaureate or Technician’s Certificate (Electricity, electrical engineering, electronics option)
Bilingual French language + English (minimum school level)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,
BR / BC electrical clearances
· A passion for the professions of the sea

The contract :
CDI at 35H weekly, Annual remuneration according to profile + bonus equivalent to 13th month, restaurant tickets
